Subject	Used Z1 NA to TT conversion, reliable?

Message	So now I'm looking at a used 300zx formerly a NA but converted to TT by Z1, anyone here running a TT conversion car? Should I be on the lookout for anything? Any idea what it will cost to get rid of a 4th gear grind?
